One has to wonder if the NAMA spokesperson understands examinership, given the statement
"he report merely says NAMA “had concerns about the moral integrity of the petition and how it had proceeded and also had concerns about potential diversion of monies by the company prior to examinership”

The application for examinership will not be heard until Nov 15th. Until that time (up to 10 days allowed) the company is under the protection of the court.
NAMA will presumably get its chance on Nov 15th.
