Still stinging from the Treasury Holdings judicial review judgment, it will be interesting to see if there is any relenting in NAMA’s foreclosure action so that it can ensure it follows fair procedures and gives developers an opportunity to be heard. Meanwhile we learn from today’s edition of Iris Oifigiuil that on Friday last 27thJuly 2012 – before the Treasury judgement – NAMA had receivers appointed to a Leitrim developer.
Corros Properties Limited is owned by 42-year old Paul Maye and the two directors are Paul Maye and Liam Maye. NAMA had Kieran Wallace of KPMG Restructuring appointed as a statutory receiver to the company.
Corros developed The Waterfront beside Leitrim Village in Leitrim in 2004.
Remember you can see a comprehensive list of Irish foreclosure action by NAMA here and in this regularly updated spreadsheet.

Goney Developments, a Peter Dolan company has been placed into administration this week. Mr Dolan has been Namaified and this firm has AIB loans so this is also highly likely to be Nama directed. It’s just puzzling why they’d be getting round to this now given that the vast bulk of the Dolan empire was taken out long ago.
Tom Considine is not looking very cheerful in recent weeks either….not to say NAMA is about to make a move….just that he is not looking very cheerful.
Tom owes a pittance really, €275m
